Hi Marion! Today's theme is graffiti art. We're going to look at history, descriptions and idioms.

Activity 1 - Famous wall trivia 

Activity 2 - Different types of graffiti

Things to think about:

• What kind of graffiti do you see around Montpellier?
• Do you like or dislike graffiti?
• Do you think graffiti is artwork, or just plain vandalism?

Activity 3 - Create you own graffiti

Instructions:

Come up to the board and try writing your own graffiti! Are you going to leave your name, support a cause or declare your love?

An idiom is a silly phrase that doesn't exactly mean what it says! Here are some examples:

1. I have butterflies in my stomach!

2. Cat got your tongue?

3. I'm over the moon!
